The SNS has joined the Mobile Telephony 9 agreement to meet the mobile telephony and data transmission needs of its staff, ensuring the continuation of institutional activities even off-site.

Use of the Service
The use of the service is ruled by the Guidelines for the assignment and use of telephone cards and data, and mobile communication devices, which are recommended for full reading. In particular, the following points are emphasized.
- The terminal recipient is required not to install unauthorized software and to protect the devices from unauthorized access, in order to safeguard the School's data and network.
- The assignment of the terminal is automatically considered concluded in case of inactivity or termination of the relationship with the School. In such situations, the recipient is obliged to promptly return the cards and devices received.
- The return will be considered valid only if it includes all the assigned material, even if damaged, as well as packaging, chargers, and accessories, even if non-functional, with the exception of earphones.
- In case of failure to return or incomplete return, the School reserves the right to request payment of penalties or additional costs incurred with the service provider.
Telephone Card Configurations
Unless otherwise justified, the configurations described below are provided. All packages are automatically renewed (the first day of the following month for monthly packages, the day after for daily packages).
PACKAGE P100, which includes, per month:
- Unlimited calls to national numbers and 20 minutes of international calls to landline and mobile
- 300 SMS + 10 MMS
- 100 Gb of internet data traffic
- Roaming under unchanged conditions in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Throughout the month, upon exhausting the calls and SMS/MMS included in the package, the user will no longer be able to make traffic of the exhausted type.
Upon exhausting the Gb included in the package, data transmission will be reduced to a maximum speed of no less than 32 kbps.
PACKAGE R100 in addition to package P100 (for directors, heads, delegates, scientific managers of the structure, general secretary, and executives), which includes, for each day of use:
- 30 voice minutes in the extra EEA area
- 30 SMS, 10 MMS in the extra EEA area
- 100 Mb of data in the extra EEA area
Each enabled user can benefit from a maximum of 3 R100 packages per day.
Upon exhausting the 3 packages, it will no longer be possible to make voice traffic and SMS/MMS until the following day.
Upon exhausting the Mb included in the 3 packages, data transmission will be reduced to a maximum speed of no less than 32 kbps.
PACKAGE D100 only for data for portable modems, tablets, etc., which includes, per month:
- 100 Gb of internet data traffic in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
- 100 Mb of internet data traffic in the extra EEA
Upon exhausting the Gb included in the package, data transmission will be reduced to a maximum speed of no less than 32 kbps.
PACKAGE RD100 in addition to package D100 (only for users who request it with justification), which includes, per day:
- 100 Mb of data in the extra EEA
Each enabled user can benefit from a maximum of 3 RD100 packages per day. Upon exhausting the Mb included in the package, data transmission will be reduced to a maximum speed of no less than 32 kbps.
Personal Use of the Service (with prefix 77)
Recipients may use the phone and data traffic for personal purposes via the DUAL SMART PA service, excluding terminals assigned for temporary needs.
The subscription to the service by the employee will take place entirely independently in digital form through specific registration on the Vodafone website. This will allow access to the economic conditions offered to the Administration and management of the service for personal use independently, with the charge for traffic and billing at their own expense.
This service is guaranteed by prefixing the code “77” before the called number or the SMS recipient.
