The @sns.it account is provided free of charge to all those who formally collaborate with the Scuola Normale.
At the time of enrollment or conclusion of the contract, the Scuola Normale provides that an account of the form email@example.com is activated automatically and a predefined set of services are started, depending on the role of the person (student, teacher, PTA , collaborator, etc.), related to the administrative area, such as the salary slip and the badge, and to the didactic area, such as the study plan.
If the activation of an institutional email address is foreseen for the user (see the ICT policies) the institutional account corresponds to the GMail e-mail credentials, which can be consulted from any computer with a web browser and an Internet connection by accessing SNS Google Mail.
In addition, the institutional account gives access to all the IT services of the Scuola Normale thanks to our IT systems integration policies.
What to do in case of problems
For any problem with the new account, contact the helpdesk service through the helpdesk.sns.it website by clicking on 'Submit a request', selecting the 'Account' topic and entering in the subject field "Institutional account".
