ElixForms: Online forms

ElixForms is the online forms platform of the Scuola Normale Superiore used to digitalize administrative processes and institutional forms. The service allows users to complete, manage and collect information through web-based digital forms.

The platform centralizes submitted information and enables offices to manage requests through a single environment. Collected data can be exported in different formats and used within the School's administrative processes.

Access is provided through the institutional account. Available forms depend on the user's role and assigned permissions.

The platform is integrated with the Titulus document management system and supports the gradual replacement of paper-based forms still used within SNS.

Administrative offices may request the development of new digital forms and, after an initial training phase, independently manage publication and administration activities.

Requirements

• Be an office of the Scuola involved in forms management.
• Have the training provided by the Information Systems Service to operate independently on the platform.
• Consult the Elix Forms platform documentation when needed.

1. Access the platform through the “Access the platform” link.
2. Consult the Elix Forms platform manuals in the Documentation section.
3. Contact the service at servizi.informativi@sns.it for support during the training phase.
