Reset or recover your password

The password reset service allows School users who have forgotten or lost their SNS password to generate a new one on their own. The process is guided and requires identity verification using the contact information registered in the School's systems.

Features

  • Password recovery in case of loss or forgetfulness.
  • Secure identity verification via email address or registered mobile number.
  • Immediate generation of a new password compliant with the School’s ICT security policies.
  • Restored access to all services connected to the SNS account (email, Wi-Fi, VPN, online platforms).

Requirements

  • Active SNS account: This is required to use the reset procedure.
  • Updated contact information: Your email address or mobile number must be correctly registered in the School’s systems for identity verification.
  • Secure connection: Access is permitted only from the School’s internal network or via VPN, in compliance with current ICT policies.
  • Updated browser: We recommend using a recent, compatible browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).

FAQ

If the drop-down menu that should allow you to choose a recovery method — email or mobile phone — is empty, you need to contact the Helpdesk service, providing a recovery contact, the username to be associated with it, and a valid identification document for verification.

Alternatively, you may go to the Helpdesk offices during opening hours for in-person identification.

If the password reset page displays Username not found in red, please check that you have entered the username correctly and without errors. If the username has been entered correctly, the account has probably expired; please contact the Helpdesk service.
