U-Web - Performance evaluation

U-Web Performance Evaluation supports the management of individual performance evaluation for Scuola staff, according to the organisational role held.

The service allows the individual performance forms to be shared and signed by the person being evaluated and the person responsible for the evaluation.

Within the performance cycle, U-Web VP is used alongside Sprint, the platform for planning and monitoring organisational performance objectives.

• Inclusion in the staff covered by the individual performance evaluation process.
• Association with an organisational role included in the evaluation process.
• Availability of the individual performance form linked to the evaluation period.
• Knowledge of the individual objectives, common objectives and organisational behaviours under evaluation.

Get started

1. Access U-Web VP with the personal account di Ateneo.
2. Open the individual performance form for the evaluation period.
3. Review the assigned individual objectives.
4. Review the common objectives and organisational behaviours under evaluation.
5. Hold the meeting between the person being evaluated and the person responsible for the evaluation.
6. Share the evaluation form between the person being evaluated and the person responsible for the evaluation.
7. Sign the form according to the procedures adopted by the Scuola.
