U-Web Training

U-Web Training is the self-service portal of the CINECA information system for managing staff training.

The service allows users to browse the course catalogue, request enrolment in available editions, view their training plan and consult the history of completed training activities.

The platform also allows users to manage requests to attend external training initiatives and to enter courses or certifications obtained outside work activities.

Requirements

• An account di Ateneo enabled for access to the U-Web Training portal.
• Authorisation to use the service as staff member.
• Knowledge of the course or training initiative to attend.
• Availability of the information required for any external training requests.

Get started

1. Access the Scuola U-Web Training portal.
2. Sign in through centralised authentication with the personal account di Ateneo.
3. Browse the catalogue of internal courses.
4. Select the course of interest and view the available editions.
5. Submit the participation request for the selected edition.
6. Check the request status, pending evaluation by the responsible persons.
7. Access the training curriculum to view the history of attended courses.
8. Download certificates or the training curriculum, when available.
