Why is the Internet or Ethernet network not working or unstable at my location?

Topics:  Remote Access and Connectivity (VPN and WiFi)

Check that the cable is securely connected and, if possible, try a different socket or device.

For Wi-Fi, turn the connection off and then back on.

If the issue affects more than one person or persists, contact the Help Desk and provide: site, room, socket or network used, time of the outage, and any error messages.
