How can I request the modification or removal of DNS records?

Description

Topics:  Remote Access and Connectivity (VPN and WiFi), Websites, URLs, and Online Resources

Send an email request to the Help Desk specifying: fully qualified DNS name, current and desired IP addresses, record type, system owner, reason, and scheduled date.

For the removal or modification of production services, specify the impact and the maintenance window.

The request must come from an authorized contact.
