Firmosemplice

The Scuola Normale Superiore provides the FirmaSPID service to both internal and external users, based on the FirmoSemplice platform.

Features

FirmoSemplice allows users to digitally sign documents easily and securely using SPID credentials (Italy’s Public Digital Identity System). The service is accessible from smartphones, tablets, or computers without requiring any additional software installation.

Authorized users at the Scuola can send documents to be signed: recipients receive a link to view and sign the document online, including from mobile devices.

FirmoSemplice is already used by many public administrations, is free for signers, ensures legal validity in accordance with the Italian DPCM of 22 February 2013, and is compatible with CAdES and PAdES digital signatures.

Requirements

To use the service, you must have SPID credentials and be authorized to upload files to the platform (for authorization, contact the helpdesk service).

Get started

Authorized users of the Scuola can access the platform by logging in with SPID credentials. After selecting the “Scuola Normale Superiore” impersonation mode, users can upload contacts (via the “Manage Contacts” section) and send documents for signing (“Upload” function).

Rates

The Scuola Normale has a limited number of available signatures through its FirmoSemplice license. The service is free of charge for authorized internal users, subject to availability.
