Features
- Web platform (no software installation required on the user’s PC)
- Access with institutional credentials
- Signature certificates already available on the platform (for authorized users)
- Ability to sign multiple documents at once
- Option to delegate signature to another signer (if registered in the system)
- Monitoring and archiving of the signing process and related files
- Integration with Titulus document management system
Requirements
The university’s U-Sign platform is available only to authorized users, even if they do not have an active digital signature certificate (in “secretary” mode). If you encounter access issues, please contact the helpdesk.
Notice for digital signature certificate holders
The digital signature certificate is issued to named individuals and involves a cost for the University. Please make sure to keep your PIN safe: losing it will result in the revocation of the certificate and require reissuance, generating additional costs for the University.
