Room Booking for Teaching and Institutional Events

Planning.sns.it/aule is the official platform of the Scuola Normale Superiore for managing bookings of classrooms and rooms designated for teaching and institutional events.
The system is based on EasyRoom, a professional solution used by many Italian universities to plan spaces and academic activities.

Features

Through the planning.sns.it/aule portal, authorized users can:

• view the calendar of scheduled events and activities taking place in SNS classrooms;
• book classrooms and rooms for lectures, seminars, exams, meetings, and other institutional purposes;
• check the real-time availability of spaces.

The interface allows for quick verification of available rooms and integrated management of booking requests, streamlining the coordination of teaching and institutional events.

Requirements

Access to the platform is reserved for authorized users with institutional credentials.

Planning.sns.it does not allow booking of spaces for personal or individual use. In particular, it cannot be used to:

• access administrative offices
• book seats in the library, canteen, study rooms, or shared spaces

For these purposes, please use the dedicated platform spazi.sns.it.

Additionally, for students and faculty wishing to view the course calendar or book a seat for in-person lectures, the Agenda Web platform and MySNS mobile app (available on smartphones and tablets) are available.
