Agenda Web is the online service for viewing class schedules and academic events at Scuola Normale Superiore, powered by the Agenda Web platform developed by Easy Academy.

The system allows students, lecturers and academic staff to access up-to-date information about teaching activities, including times, locations, instructors and any changes. Timetables can be viewed by study program, course or teacher, and customized using intuitive filters.

The service supports mobile access, personalized schedule generation, and export in digital formats (PDF, ICS). It is designed to improve personal planning and ensure easy access to real-time academic scheduling.

Get started

Students can personalize their Agenda Web experience by creating a profile and selecting the courses they wish to attend, either via the web portal or the mobile app.

Once the profile is set up, the agenda will automatically display an up-to-date calendar with the schedules of the selected courses.

Lecturers can send updates, announcements, and schedule changes via app notifications. These messages are delivered only to students who have added the course to their profile.

FAQ

Yes, you can check the class schedule by searching either by professor or by degree program. In the Class Schedule section of the web agenda, specific search functions are available (by setting the academic year, professor’s name, or degree program).

By logging into the web agenda platform using your University credentials, you can access the Manage Your Profile section, where you can select the courses you’re interested in. The selected courses will then be visible in the MySNS mobile app, allowing you to check the calendar, receive messages from professors, or book a seat for a class if required.
