Individual Space Booking

Spazi.sns.it is the official platform of the Scuola Normale Superiore for individual booking of shared spaces within SNS facilities. The system allows for orderly management of access to rooms, offices, and shared areas, according to availability and internal usage policies.

Features

Through the spazi.sns.it platform, users can book:

• workstations for library consultation
• offices and temporary workspaces
• common rooms and shared spaces
• laboratories
• study rooms (synchronized with the Planning system used for course and event scheduling)

Cannot be booked:

• seat reservations for in-person classes  (see Agenda Web)
• classroom bookings for teaching activities (courses, exams) or meetings (room booking platform)

 

Requirements

Access requires valid SNS institutional credentials.
