VoIP Telephony

The University's landline telephone network is based on VoIP.

VoIP (Voice over IP) is the technology that makes it possible to make a telephone call using an Internet connection or, more generally, any other network that uses the IP protocol without a connection.

The School's VoIP server is called Kalliope.
