How to install Kalliope CTI 4 on Windows/Mac/Linux?

Download the installation package for your system and follow the installation instructions:

1. Download the installation package for your system and follow the prompts during installation:
   Download the client for Windows
   Download the client for Linux
   Download the client MAC
2. during the first launch, in the Settings menu (the first item found by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the app), enter:
   • server: kalliope.sns.it
   • nome utente: nome.cognome (senza @sns.it)
   • password: <SNS account password>
   • softphone: Modalità KPhone
3. the rest of the options are preset correctly,
4. when you’ve finished setting up your app, click Save in the upper-right corner.
