I am trying to access the Esse3 portal using my SPID credentials, but the platform says that I am already registered. What should I do?

If you have previously registered on the platform—for example, to apply for an admission selection process or for a visiting period you must use the credentials created at that time. Your username is in the format sns-xxxx.

You can retrieve your credentials using the password recovery procedure by entering your Italian tax code and the email address used when you registered.

If you do not remember which email address you used or can no longer access that mailbox, write to helpesse3@sns.it, providing the new email address to be associated with your account, which you must be able to access, as well as the information required to verify your identity. Once the address has been updated, you can repeat the password recovery procedure and regain access to the platform.
