Shared storage space must be used in accordance with the University’s policies.

In particular:

• Storing unlicensed software is not permitted.
• Sharing music, videos or other content without the necessary rights is not permitted.
• Shared service folders should not be used to store backup copies of personal files.
• Personal documents should be stored in the user’s personal OneDrive space.
• For all other aspects related to the use of ICT resources, the School’s policies apply.
