PAT: Transparency Administration Portal

PAT (Transparency Administration Portal) is the platform used by the University to manage and publish information subject to legal obligations regarding publicity, transparency and information disclosure.

The system allows authorized offices to publish documents, data and information related to administrative procedures through a centralized web environment accessible using institutional account authentication.

The portal replaces the previous AT (Amministrazione Trasparente) system for all publications related to procedures started from July 1st, 2023.

• Be authorized to access the PAT BackOffice portal.
• Have the documents or information to be published available.
• Be familiar with the relevant administrative procedures.
• Have a web connection and an updated browser.

Get started

1. Connect to the portal at trasparenza.sns.it.
2. Select the Accesso utente button at the top of the page.
3. Log in using institutional credentials.
4. Wait for the authentication process to complete.
5. Select the Entra in amministrazione link available after login.
6. Access the portal BackOffice.
7. Consult the technical documentation available in the administration area.
8. Proceed with the management or publication of authorized content.
