U-Web – My missions

U-Web My Missions request allows users to submit and manage online authorisation requests for Scuola service missions.

Before departure, the requester fills in the request with destination, estimated dates and times, reason, request type, administrative data, any funds or projects, expected expenses and special means of transport.

After returning, the service allows users to indicate whether the mission took place, record the expenses incurred and submit the reimbursement request to the relevant offices.

Requirements

  • An account di Ateneo enabled for access to U-Web.
  • An active relationship with the Scuola for the role indicated in the request.
  • Destination, estimated dates, estimated times and reason for the mission.
  • Any funds, projects, responsible persons and structures involved.
  • Documentation required for attachments, estimated expenses and reimbursements.

Get started

  1. Access the Scuola U-Web portal.
  2. Sign in with the personal account di Ateneo.
  3. Select the “New request” function.
  4. Enter the destination, estimated dates and estimated times of the mission.
  5. Complete the “Mission” section with the required data.
  6. Add any special means of transport, estimated expenses and attachments.
  7. Save the request as a draft or submit it for authorisation.
  8. After returning, open the request from “My missions” and record the mission outcome, completing the reimbursement when required.
